Hacked and Banned
I was playing apex legends last night, perfectly fine, playing ranked with a friend... everything was going well until this afternoon. I wake up go to school and come back and I try to play apex, I load up the game and some things are abit off with my account such as my 450 apex coins... gone and 3000 crafting metals... gone. I thought this may be a glitch or server bug until I saw that someone has played on my account because the battle pass level was not the same as when I hopped last night. I go to check my apex stats just to see that I ranked up from gold 3 to plat 3 which wasn't me... my kd went up from 0.95 to 2.06. I load up my game and It says this client account has been banned... Now I did get a email from EA saying "my account is suspicious and I should reset my password" I was out at the time and I did reset after I got home. take in I have played this game for almost 2 years now.. I payed money on this game and I put so much time and effort into the game and into getting level 500. Now for your information I loaded in into life life, I never play life line either, the hacker added 2 new unusual friends that I found in my friends list. one was predator and other was low level with high kills and I never met them before. I believe the hacker was boosting them. The hacker bought stuff with my crafting metals and bought a full banner with event skin for caustic. Now I made a case about this and this is my second one and waiting about couple hours and then I got an email saying my ban was denied and is going to be permanent. I am not starting a new account. I have 1500 hours on this game and I have been playing and watching this game for years and all you guys have to do is track the ip address of the log in devices... I'm sure it won't take 30 mins and I lost money to this account as well just because yawl cant find a hacker? really? I'm super frustrated and I will never forget this please someone help me get my account back. apex is my cure to my sadness and gets me away from life. Seems that no one is helping and this is why I came here. EA I got hacked and the hacker used cheats and that means I get banned for that? all my time and effort and money gone like that? that is none sense.

Aside from the password reset you mentioned, please be sure you've taken some time to go through these security steps as well, just to ensure no one else may still have access to your information.
Beyond that I'm afraid we're unable to review or make any changes to accounts via the forums, but I would suggest creating a case here to report an account compromise first.
An advisor will be able to take a look over the account with you to see if anything else was changed and help re-secure the account.
The actual ban can only be reviewed by our Terms of Service team. An advisor can set up that appeal for you after re-securing the account, or you can submit an appeal directly with these steps.
If the ToS team has replied multiple times without removing the ban, that is not something we'd be able to address on the forums either, sorry.
