Hey, sorry for taking so long to get back (I was off for St. Patricks Day but it was a little quieter than the usual 🤔), it looks like this should be fixed for you now, and Caustic should be usable again.

I can see a Crypto unlock recently, I take it that this worked without issue?Can you provide an image of his Banners > Trackers page, that should show enough gameplay stats to prove previous ownership/playtime.
