Have not been obtaining level up rewards since level 119

Since level 119 I have not been receiving any legend tokens or packs. In the time since level 119 I have leveled up 14 times meaning I have earned 8,400 legend tokens and 7 Apex packs. I know I’m not alone on the problem and would like it to be fix and I would like to be reimbursed for those 14 level because when leveling up it tells me I have obtained the tokens and packs but my token count and pack count have not changed, I am also unable to purchase new legends. Also during season revelry my battle pass was set back to level one making me level back up to where I was. I have proof of all of this in photos and will share them with the EA staff if necessary.
