Haven't received all Apex Coins

I bought 1000 Apex Coins using a gift card, but I only received 400 coins in-game. I have emails/messages from Xbox confirming my purchase of 1000 coins, and my order history says the same. I have tried resetting my game and Xbox but nothing has come of it.

    What store sold you this gift card? Maybe they aren't very reliable; it's always best to buy those only from official sources.
