Having 2 different accounts have the same apex items

Sorry to say @Thekilerguy but if you are unable to verify account ownership then there would be nothing that our team could do to assist you.

Only the account owner can gain access to or make any changes to an account.

I've tried to, I guess? I did make a case that was shut down and I did also try to claim ownership over the account to get it unbanned but I can't see enough of the account to prove ownership, all I have is the date it was created which is the day I was hacked, the password, and 3 purchase IDs I could get from steam which I don't think would be a reasonable amount of information. So the live chat to get ownership also failed. That's why I'm here, it's a last ditch effort to see if I may have missed something that I could use to solve this situation
