Heirloom event cost

Maybe I'm missing something. The last time I bought out a collection event it ran me somewhere around $$150-$160 (US). The event states is 50% off this time which should put the cost around $70-$80 for the whole event right? I spent $70 the other day and only got half of the event Collection. What am I missing or is there a bug?
