Only Heirlooms attained via a illegitimate manner have been removed from players their inventories, those who have actually gotten them out of a pack will not have their heirlooms removed due to the recent patch that addresses this.

So your calling me a glitcher.....I just had the wattson heirloom and I've been had it for over a year on my account. Tell me where and when I glitched
Well don't take it personally, there are more than enough users trying to abuse customer support this way trying to attain a free heirloom.
I'd like to point out that other than that being quite annoying as it puts a load on customer support, it's probably also going to be a punishable offense.
If you did actually own an heirloom and it randomly has disappeared (Which I honestly doubt quite a lot), you should contact EA support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
They'll be able to see if your account ever had an heirloom, they'll be able to determine that.
Was wondering if it was possible to SWITCH my heirloom, was saving my heirloom shards for wraith and my account was stolen and my shards where wasted on octanes heirloom.

Heirlooms cannot just be switched, you might be able to talk with support and arrange something with them, though that's not guaranteed.

My brother downloaded apex and accidently logged into my ea account on his apex and it took all of my store bought items, battlepass items, event items, and my heirloom. But it gave me back 171 apex packs (I was level 342) then all my apex coins back that previously bought. Now I am level 750 and have no heirloom is there anyway I can get it back or get my event skins back?
I open an heirloom from an pack yesterday when the glitch happened I got the bloodhound one and today when I logged in the bloodhound heirloom was gone but the rest of my stuff was back except my new bloodhound heirloom i do have proof of getting the shards and heirloom along with the proff that its no longer on my account someone please help get my heirloom back.

im on a chat with support right now for the same issue i opened a pack last week and got shards spent them on horizons and i got on today and its missing
