Heirlooms

I have opened 653 apex packs and I still have not received 1 heirloom garenteed 1 out of 500 packs and I am still searching for my first one! Why is this?

@badazzspirit Did it show it was connecting you to an agent, or did you get an error when trying to connect?

Can you try clearing your cookies/cache or your browser's incognito mode?

I contacted them a while back, they don't have access to how many packs you've opened so it ended up just being a "well you must not have opened 500 packs answer"
Dashboarding (Cheating) back in season 3 or 4 might of effected me. I would do it when playing with my friends on the empty promise from them, not EA saying it won't get me in trouble; may have something to do with why I don't get the heirloom.
On the fence about quitting this dumb game.

I opened 900 packs, 1 heirloom came out
