Help..

So, I've had this happen to me twice in the last month. I'm not very happy right now. I'm extremely ticked off. I spent over $192.52 and I haven't received anything. I tried to get in contact with Microsoft but they won't help me. I had to do a refund with them a few months prior. I don't want the refund though. I just want the 23,000 coins that is suppose to on my Apex account. It's not okay and it's not fair. Please fix this for me. Like I said I don't care about the refund but if you can't or not able to put the coins into my account then a refund should be the only option left.

    We wouldn't be able to assist with a refund for purchases made through the Microsoft shop, but if you're just trying to get those Apex coins added to the account we can certainly take a look there.

    Please reach out to an advisor so they can take a look at the account with you, as this isn't something we're able to change via the forums.

    You'll need to have this proof of purchase information available for each purchase, so please have those screenshots handy when reaching out, thanks!
