help me Apex Legends Unable to connect to EA servers

When launching Apex Legends, I repeatedly see a message saying that it cannot connect to the EA servers on the initial loading screen.
This happens both on Steam and the EA App.

I have already followed the troubleshooting steps provided by support for connection issues, but the problem remains unresolved.
The biggest issue is that when I log in with my account on a different PC, the game works normally.

There have been no changes to my PC hardware or internet environment while I was not playing, and I also haven’t installed any additional drivers.

Could it be that my internet IP has been blocked?
Please advise me on what else I should check in order to use the game again.
