Help, my account progress has been reset to a new level 1 account

As this has since been re-linked and you mentioned this is the original account, if you're still missing content I'm afraid we wouldn't have any other options to try recovering anything still missing due to the unlink.

I hope you can help me restore my game account to before April 3rd, 2024. I am not sure if the bug at that time affected my account because I no longer played at that time

I am very certain that this is my initial email address. After quitting the game before April 3rd last year, I logged in again today and found that my account had been stolen. So I retrieved it through EA customer service, but after logging in, my game friends were all in my account, but it became a level 1 account. I have records of my game recharge orders.

Are there any other accounts you may have used in the past, or are you certain this is the original?

It looks like the Steam account connected here had been unlinked multiple times in the past which can cause a loss of progress in some cases.

If this is not the original account, you may be able to recover that content by re-linking to the original EA account instead. If this is the original account and your progress has not returned after unlinking, unfortunately we would not have any other way to restore anything still missing.
