Help, my account progress has been reset to a new level 1 account

Are there any other accounts you may have used in the past, or are you certain this is the original?

It looks like the Steam account connected here had been unlinked multiple times in the past which can cause a loss of progress in some cases.

If this is not the original account, you may be able to recover that content by re-linking to the original EA account instead. If this is the original account and your progress has not returned after unlinking, unfortunately we would not have any other way to restore anything still missing.
