Help, my account progress has been reset to a new level 1 account

I quit the game before April 3rd, 24 and never played again, and today I found that my game progress disappeared and became a new level 1 account

I hope you can help me restore my game account to before April 3rd, 2024. I am not sure if the bug at that time affected my account because I no longer played at that time

Hey 212ch,

As this has since been re-linked and you mentioned this is the original account, if you're still missing content I'm afraid we wouldn't have any other options to try recovering anything still missing due to the unlink.
