Apex Legends Installed on STEAM

I recently built a High-End gaming PC and went through carefully installing every driver that was required and so then attempted to run Apex Legends for the first time and when I went into training I noticed some extremely strange small little rectangles sporadically flashing all over my screen. I have never experienced this issue before and so I attempted to research if anyone else was experiencing the same problem but I couldn't find anyone posting with the same problem. It does also occur in the actual game itself and not just in training. I have attempted many fixes but nothing has given me a permanent fix. I have tested other games as well and they run completely fine. I honestly don't even know what the core problem is but I'm hoping somebody can give me some insight on what the root of this problem is. I have my msi info ready if it's needed.

Some Attempted Fixes:

  • Lowering Refresh Rate from 240hz to 200hz, and144hz
  • Lowering Resolution from 2550x1440 to 1920x1080 and 1280x720
  • Setting All in game settings to High/Low/Off
  • Verify Integrity of Game Files (Steam)
  • Setting FPS limit to Unlimited, 190 (with 240hz), 144 (with 144hz), and -3 below set refresh rate
  • Running in Borderless/Windowed/Fullscreen
  • Disabling Full Screen Optimization
  • Running Apex on Origin and using Repair Game function
  • Partially Attempting to Troubleshoot with AMD Radeon Software
  • Reinstalling Apex Legends
  • Clean Booting Windows
  • Disabling/Enabling V-sync
  • Disabling/Enabling AMD FreeSync
  • Uninstalling and Reinstalling Easy Anti Cheat
  • Roll Back GPU Drivers

I appreciate any help I can get 🙂

I have tested other games such as Destiny 2, Rust, Warframe, Guild Wars 2 and they work perfectly fine. I wish there was a better solution because Underclocking the GPU is certainly not optimal as it obviously reduces the performance. Are there any tests that I could do to determine if it's just a problem with the compatibility of the card with Apex Legends or if it's actually a faulty GPU?
