Have you tried the following?
- Disable G-Sync
- Make custom changes to OBS
- Change your monitor refresh rate from 144 to 85
- Make custom changes to GPU utilization
I have tried those and it didn't change anything for me ):
My game isn't crashing like this was here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Detailed-analysis-of-no-error-PC-crash-GPU-utilisation-issue/m-p/7537886#M23196, I can just barely stream it because even having everything on low or disabled it takes up so much GPU and leaves little to nothing for OBS to use ):
