High Latency and Packet Loss
Good day.
I have this connectivity problem. there's like around 3 out of 10 games that i get high packet loss and latency through out the whole match and can't even go back to lobby (stuck at that returning to lobby screen. I had to force close the game) and sometimes stuck at lobby with all the legends in the screen froze (no animation. i can still interact with lobby except the 'ready/cancel' button since it's grayed out)
The solutions I tried:
- flushing my DNS
- inputting the IPv4 and IPv6 DNS
- Cleared origin cache
- Pings to apex servers has stable 40ms (Singapore 1 server) 90ms (Tokyo GCE 3 server)
- Repairing my game files
- Im the only one using the internet, no downloads or anything that eats up my bandwidth
- Restarted my PC and Router
Is this an issue regarding to the Apex servers? Is there another solution?
@CrazyRabbitPeko To confirm when you input IPV4 and IPV6 DNS, did you just change the default DNS you use? or try to default which IP you use?
