Apex freezing my whole laptop

Hello im having an issue where when im launching apex from steam after like 2-3 minutes in the game my entire pc freeze completely. i cant even alt tab or do anything even the mouse cursor don't move the only way to get out is to shutdown the PC with the on/off button. i try to re install the game, update the drivers, lower fps but nothing work it keep freezing every time im in the lobby. 

Can anyone help me please i never had this kind of problem before.
