high ping and packet loss

suddenly my packet loss and latency spiked high like pkt loss 92 and latency 600+ up. so is there any solution for that?

i'm facing that issue form 5-6 days earlier

    @xlr8rezala We can try different network troubleshooting to see if this helps with this issue, to check is there any steps you have already tried?

    yes. i also with bandwidth and mobile data.  both showing close enough ping and packet loss. also tried with exitlag trail vpn to see if there is any problem with my game or app.. result will remain same... is there any solution admin please respond.. i humbly request is there  any solution. 

    ya and i also contact with my internet provider and they said all okey from there said and also reset router and result same

    and i'm sorry for my bad English and misspelling
