High ping issues in one specific server [Singapore servers]

I've been getting high ping (200+) on the Singapore servers and only those servers. All other servers perform as expected. I've checked everything on my  end and it looks good. I have 200 down and 200 up internet. In all other games that also use Singapore data centers I have good ping (40-50).

So this got me thinking that this is a routing issue. If that is the case then I can't do anything to solve it on my end. Also this is kinda of an on and off issue as if I get lucky I might get a game with 50 Ping but most of the times its 200+ ping.

I'm Indian and I use airtel which is a major ISP here and I was wondering if other Indians are facing the same issue. 

I feel it is unrelated to the recent patch as I have been facing this for a few days now.

Also if it is a routing issue then I hope the apex team sees this and can respond. 

P.s if it isn't a routing issue I would like to know as well.

    I am playing on PC (steam). I havent tried port forwarding and dns changes, cus I never needed to do those before... I am hesitant to do those too cause this is a very recent issue and is usually not a problem for me.

    @Heavenly_Lurker Apologies for the late response, I shared this info with the team, currently, there are different issues being reported. some have been fixed but the team is still working. Once we have further info I can reply here to see how the server is acting.

    I am getting 300+ ping sometimes, sometimes its low, i can't say 190 is low but compare to 300, its low. Player literally starts to teleport from one point to another when its 300+ ping. Sometimes ping reaches 400ms. 

    I have 100mbps net connection and i am the only user.

    When i play sometimes i get 80 ping and when i que for another game i get 200+ i dont know why.
