High ping to Singapore and Tokyo from Oceania (Perth)

For a couple of seasons now the ping to Singapore and Tokyo from Perth is stated as being 130 and 150 respectively from the server selector upon launch. But in game the ping is almost double (350-400...

I should of included that on other games my ping to Singapore and Tokyo is 60 and 150. Apex is the outlier.
