High ping when high fps

So, i have this weird issue where if my fps is low, my ping is also good, but as soon as my fps rises my ping shoots up too. It's happening only in this game. I tried all the trouble shooting steps still no fix. My ping is only stable when my fps in below 20. I tried on 60fps too but still 800+ ping. This is very frustating for me. please help me fix this

In the video you can see me alt tabbing out of game, when i alt tab out fps drops so does ping, when i alt tab back in, ping rise again
