High Tier Battlepass rewards keep disappearing from my account
I am missing multiple cosemetics from previous battlepasses. In my account tab I can see that I reached the tier (images are proof of emblem) and I have distinct memory of using the cosmetics in game. However, I noticed last week that four different battle pass weapons skins are missing from my account. They are:
1. Peacekeeper Skin: Blood Stone
2. VK-47 Flatline Skin: Heavy Metal
3. VK-47 Flatline Skin: Heat Sink
4. Triple-take Skin: Fortune Hunter
I reached out to customer support and they said that battle pass cosmetics are not able to be reissued to an account. Does anybody know how I can get these cosmetics back onto my account? This is multiple seasons of cosmetics and I do not want it to keep happening as well.
