hit reg issues with 360hz monitor(Zowie)

My PC  

CPU 13900KF   GPU   RTX3080TI  ,Mem DDR5 6800HZ 32G , monitor is 360hz zowie.

when i running this game  i feel game very smoothly but i still can not shot where i aim at . bullets going to a weird way i know that is beacause the servers . cause My performance is not stable.

I know that players' performance sometimes depends on the quality of the servers. But for me who running this game with full time full 300 frames , that makes me more rely on Quality of servers.

I need a network accelerator to run the game something like VPN help Chinese people to play other country‘s game. This results in my network connection quality with the game server not being as good as other players.This is already very unfair,  i know that high frames players make the server overload 

but is there a solution can help players not rely so much on the quality of the server.

I spent money upgrading my PC to improve the gaming experience, but the results were not as good as I expected. This is unfair, and we need help
