Hit Registration Issue in Apex Legends

Problem: I am experiencing a hit registration issue in the game. When I shoot enemies, I can hear the sound of my bullets hitting them, but no damage is registered. It seems like my bullets are not actually hitting the enemies, even though the hit sounds are clearly audible.

This issue has been occurring for the past 2–3 months and is significantly affecting my gameplay experience. Initially, I thought it might be caused by my internet connection, but the issue persists even when my ping is stable.

Request: I kindly request EA Support to investigate this issue and help me find a solution. Since this problem has been happening consistently for the past 2–3 months, I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause and resolving it.
