How did i Create a club in apex and become a lower rank to a lockd out member?

I literally created a club wayyy back when clubs began to be a thing with Apex. A club member whom I am related to somehow got locked out of his EA account, shortly after I was demoted to administration and the game labels my locked out member "Owner" I want to understand how I'd create a clan and get bumped without a warning or reason
