How do I contact EA.

Hello,

I have a problem with my Prime account and I wanted to talk to EA support about it but I can't make a new ticket on EA help, because when I click to make one it sends me to Game/Account problems. I select Apex and it shows me others problems and nothing matches my problem. On EA support it says that there should be either a option to talk through mail or live chat but guess what. IT IS NOT THERE. I am literally losing my * over this.

I'm not sure ea can help you with as prime account.
If you need to speak with one of the chat support advisers, this got me to live chat:

Then to speak with a chat adviser choose the appropiate options:
Apex
I need help logging into my EA account
Chat with us (half way down page)

There may be some waiting time.
