How do I fix a glitch that won’t let me login to apex

Anytime I try to login to Apex, it keeps wanting to freeze, but my Xbox doesn’t freeze just the game and I’ll restart it and everything and it keeps doing it until maybe the 20th time? Like actually the highest I’ve gotten it so far is 27… I would like a feedback asap please and thank you
