So I've got this problem about 2 days ago from signing in to try and play Apex. I have an Xbox. When I try it says “Account is invalid” and tells you to go to EA’s site for help. When I go there I can't even log on to my account there so I had to go and create a case but the only option I have is to email them. Well I got a response from 3 different people on 3 separate occasions with all asking for the same thing, my email and account info. I've responded to all 3 but none have helped so far. I've seen a lot of threads with this problem lately and they fix it by resetting their password. I don't have that option because I no longer have access to that email. So I came here hoping some one could hep find a solution instead of playing email tag with me.
**UPDATE**
After almost 2 days of trying to reclaim access to an old email, I finally got it. So I did what was working for everyone else and reset my password. This allowed me to get back into my account. I also noticed my Xbox account was no longer linked so I thought I'd just link it back to it again but I can’t. Now my problem is when I get on an EA game with my xbox profile it still says “account is invalid”. When I try to link the accounts by signing in on EA with my xbox profile it says “account is ineligible”. Do I need to give it some time before linking accounts? Is there a step I'm missing? Is there another way to link accounts? Did I go through all of this to come this close, all for nothing???😩
