@StefanMsk2 @nickman791 If the account in question is no longer available to you, please use this form: https://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form
@dallen78 You may want to use a new browser or use incognito mode, perhaps login data for your non-Apex account (dallen788) is being saved. By logging in fresh with the PSN account there's no way the dallen788 gmail account should show up. You should see a different username for your EA account too, one that's very similar to your PSN ID.
I appreciate that this is frustrating, and I'd love to just be able to share the email addresses, but unfortunately there are strict rules in place.
To add, I'm not here to assign blame or anything like that, I just want to get as many folks back into the game as possible.
@iLoveyouTofriend Hi, anyone who has played Apex on PS4 will already have had an EA account created and attached to their PSN ID.
However this can have happened a long time ago (with an older EA game, for example) and you may have forgotten/lost access to the old account and/or the email address it's associated with. If you log into help.ea.com using the PSN login option and use your affected account, it'll log you into the old EA account. From here you can use the link above to find the appropriate mail. If you have access to this email address, you can just reset your password.
If you no longer have access to this email address you can use the recovery form linked in this post.
