I moved over to PC from ps4 and lost all my data, including my operators from first days of the game to season 5, my level, and my rare twitch prime pack exclusive Omega Point from when there were not seasons in apex

Currently cross-platform is not supported for Apex Legends
It is something that is requested a lot by the community but currently, I haven't heard anything about it getting implemented any time soon.
If you want to skins / content you have on your PS4 you will have to unlock it again.
