I play Apex Legends, I have a Twitch Prime account. To get the loot I need to link my EA account to my PS4. I have looked at other older threads but nothing is working. Apex never asks for my EA account name.

It sounds like you're trying to use an email that already has an EA account linked to it. Have you tried logging in using that email instead?
