How Do I see The Length Of My Ban?

How do I see the length of my ban?

Recently EA disabled my account. I have no idea why. My account is linked to my Xbox account and that is my only means of logging in. The email associated with it is not an email belongs to me. It came from when me and a former friend set up the account together in highschool.

as you can imagine me and that person are no longer friends and I have no way of contacting them. I can see that I have an active ban and when they it was issued. But I have no way of knowing how long. Can anyone help?

  • Hey @dariusjmoss,

Typically you should be able to see more information about the ban in an email sent out at the time the action was placed on the account.

Since you don't have access to that email you wouldn't have been able to see thar information in this case. You can also check your ban history here, though this is primarily going to show account-wide actions and certain bans or suspensions related to specific games may not show up there.

If that's not showing up in the ban history page, you'd need to reach out to the support team directly. We wouldn't be able to discuss any account details with you here on the forums, but the support team can help update the login information and from there provide the duration of the ban and/or help file an appeal if needed.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
