How does the Banning work?
If I had cheated a long time ago , got Hardware/IP banned. And was able to play again on new account after awhile(My guess is EA un-HW/IP banned me, My cheating account is surely permanently banned.)...

It would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform.
