This feels like an auto reply. If they actually "fully investigate",They would know I didn't cheat. And back when I was cheating, I did lied and send an email saying i didn't cheat. And this is the same exact reply I got. This time I am telling the truth , didn't cheat. Still same reply

How can I get a real person to investigate for me? I just check yesterday , on S7, my pass lv is 50 , on S8, its 90. I played a lot matches without cheating. I want an answer, Why did I get ban now? What is the proof that I cheated?
