How long does it take to resolve the case submitted by EA customer service
I contacted EA customer service on June 1st, and they helped me submit to the EA team to unbind my previous PS account. Because I had previously bound an incorrect account, I am unable to play on the APEX console now. I have been waiting for six days and only replied that I am currently working on it.
