how long getting reply from support for unbanning account

i getting banned because russian hacker hacked my account, then my apex getting banned, and i already create a ticket and give the attachment, but the support reply is so long, can someone tell me how long they will answer the ticket/

Have the same issue right now and they take around 12-24 hours to reply but usually less than 24hours&nbsp;

richirichirin&nbsp; From what I understand, it can take 3-5 business days, (or longer). But, it depends on how busy the EA TOS Team is with other cases and such.
