Missing legends
I recently redownloaded Apex again after a couple of years logged in with my account and when I got in all my legends and cosmetics where gone. No idea why or what to do

Are there any other accounts or emails that may have been used in the past? Do you recall roughly what year or season you started playing Apex initially?
This particular account looks like it may just be newer and not the one with your progress, so if there is another account you can't get into or had linked to at one point it would be worth getting in touch with support directly so they can take a look.
I played on PlayStation years ago when the game first came out. Then i moved to Xbox 3 years ago. I redownloaded it recently and none of my legends are on my account. I’ve linked my Xbox account and psn account to the same ea account
