    Hey SilentDestroyer8,

    All EA accounts have Cross Progression active at this point, so there wouldn't be any notification message popping up anymore. That was primarily back when we were releasing Cross Progression in waves during the initial release, but no longer appears now that it's active for everyone.

    Keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress as it would still be back on the original EA account - it doesn't transfer to a different account just by linking your PSN, for example.

    Are you missing that progress on your account currently? Is that everything including characters and skins, or just certain items?

    I am missing everything currently but I think you have given me my solution because I did change the EA account that I was using with PSN to my personal one that I use today. That said I will have to wait to check because I no longer own a PS Console but thank you for your help with making me understand the process.

    It sounds like you may need to re-link your PSN account to its original EA account, so if you're checking into this later on and run into any issues getting the right accounts re-linked, please contact support directly so they can take a look.
