If you're using a VPN to try submitting your case, you may need to disable it or make sure it's matching the country registered to your account.

You can try using a different web browser, or using an incognito mode window to see if that allows you to submit the appeal while signed out.
Otherwise, if you submit a new case successfully, can you let me know the case number you receive even if it doesn't show up in your case history afterwards?
And it doesn't have any effect. I have submitted many times, but they all prompted me to wait for contact!😢
Is this fundamentally avoiding problems?
