i will do the support team thing. as this is very confusing for me do i clcik the blue link thing above ? thanks for any replies

A new page should load that looks like the images below. Follow the arrows, fill in the information (for the email, put in an address you have access to at the moment), and then send it.
Once the case has been sent, a new page will load for live chat. It may show a timer if there's a queue. If you see a message pop up on the screen when opening the chat Icon, make sure to select the option keep waiting and do not close the page, or the connection to the chat will be lost and the case closed as a result. You can always try again if that happens, but your place in the queue will reset.
