A new page should load that looks like the images below. Follow the arrows, fill in the information (for the email, put in an address you have access to at the moment), and then send it.
Once the case has been sent, a new page will load for live chat. It may show a timer if there's a queue. If you see a message pop up on the screen when opening the chat Icon, make sure to select the option keep waiting and do not close the page, or the connection to the chat will be lost and the case closed as a result. You can always try again if that happens, but your place in the queue will reset.

Hi did this i can hit the submit button it unclickable if you look below this post u can see i upload image and have tried todo this.. i need to change my email address as i cant change my game name...thanks for any responce
You have to have all kinds of information when you do start a chat with EA and if any of it doesn’t match your not gonna get to change the email I literally just tried changing mine considering 6 years ago when apex came out I had a bf help make my account and he used his email well we obviously broke up and I have no contact with him and i don’t know what the email even was I gave them my ps5 ID name my birthday proof of last purchase on apex and my address and IP address and still apparently something wasn’t a match so I hope nothing happens to my account because I’ve worked on it for 6 years on and off and I have every character unlocked a heirloom and all of that. But all I did was go to EA help or support and then I clicked on start chat and filled out information and it was all wrong apparently but maybe you can have better luck
