How to remove origin ingame overlay

I keep trying to disable it because whenever I try to play Apex Legends my cursor gets stuck in the middle of the screen and I can't turn in any way and I overall can't play and when I searched up reasons for this happening it said overlay's like discord, Origins and Steam's might be the problem so I disabled my discord overlay and when I went to disable Origin's it wouldn't let me. I tried to click on it but it has no effect it just stays like that even though I don't want it
