How to rename club after name banned.

Hi,

My club name got banned for being inappropriate, and it was automatically changed to a randomly generated name. In the email I got from EA, they told me I could rename my club, but I don't have the option to do so. Anybody know how I can do this? I really don't want to be stuck with "Team Gibraltar 101130"
