How To See All of my friends in my friends list

Ok when I was playing apex right and I added a friend from PC some while ago and yet when I was about to invite him his name was not on my friends list. So please tell me why this is happening? And...

@LikeMikeYo1 Also to confirm did they make any changes to their privacy settings or tried to remove and re-add you?
