How to unlink old EA(forgot Password) account from Steam account

Hi , I really need help . I'm stop using EA account almost 2 years so I forgot password previous account & also google account that linked with my steam .

So now I unable linked my new EA account to my steam due to my steam already linked old EA account .

So how can i remove old EA account form my steam & Link with new EA account with my steam account .

Now still cannot playing apex legend cause its say expired session & need changed pass but i forgot pass for old account EA & google .

Pls help
