Huge FPS drops when moving cursor/mouse in games

Hi, this has been happening to me for like a year now but whenever I move my mouse/cursor in games my fps goes from like 120+ to like 1-20 and it is really annoying. I've tried everything anyone can ...

@kaywalke1 What resolution are you on?

Can you run APEX as Admin and same for Steam/Origin.

    I am on 1920 x 1080, and yes, I can run APEX as administrator as well as other games but that doesn't fix the issue.
