huge freezes and stuttering in video and audio Apex PC

Hello,

recently im experiencing huge freeze and stutter that only happens in apex legends ... All other games working fine and smoothly

i tried reinstalling the latest graphics drives but not resolving the issue

i have to restart the pc several times for the game to be freeze free . however this is not resolving anymore

Specs : RTX 2080 Super , AMD ryzen 7 3800x

again this only happens in apex legends

Hey @cod_7sen ,
already at the beginning I could see your ping is realy bad. Is there someone else in your Network, watchging Videos etc.? There's may a problem with your internet. How fast is your internet?

@Sick1Click no its not the high ping ... i play with low ping and the same issue .. again its only in apex legends ... i tried everything out there

the game is simply unplayable right now

In your video you linked here, I often could see the connection symbole in apex legends. FPS looks good. Set up fullscreen in settings as well, windowed causes lags for some reason.
Improve Internet

set a different dns (I recommand 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1)
restart router
optimize internet with tcp optimizer
run as admin, chose your internet speed on top, check "optimal" below, apply and restart
open TCP optimizer again (always as admin), go to selection MTU/Latency and run the "Largest MTU" test.
If your MTU is different than 1500 ore 1492, you need to go back to general selection, check "custom" below, set the MTU on top to the falue which you got before
check apply, restart

Same for about a week - not getting it with audio though, just video.
I have fast internet, nothing else running (SO looking at reddit maybe), hooked directly to my modem - and happens no matter the ping.
The amount of times I've been downed because I couldn't turn!!!!! It's gone beyond idiotic - and we KNOW it's EA servers, it is NOT on the players' side.

I am having the same issue since like 27 May. It's only affecting the video, audio seems fine. I have tried every fix possible, like dozens of different things. I am almost sure it's not on the players side, as i have seen several people reporting this, including friends. Please fix it.

UPDATE
I have discovered that all these freezing and stuttering is because of EA servers and not my pc rig at all
trying to experiment for a week for a solution for this ----- and found something weird no joke
so i tried to stay idle in the firing range until i get disconnected from the servers by the game itself
joining back without leaving the game surprisingly removes all the stutter and freezing ( this works almost every time !!!!!!!!!!!! (yeah weird) )
so this happens with all the servers i play with (Bahrain - 54 ping , Amsterdam - 100 ping , Frankfurt - 110 ping)
yes all this suffering to discover that this is an EA side issue not my side

Oh we've always known it's an EA issue - they just won't get their finger out and do anything about the state of the servers

Dude im having this problem right now and its frustrating after playing this game for 3 months straight and not having a single problem and now i am facing this problem have u ever fixed it or stilll trying to fix the game

EYO EVERYONE HERE I FOUND A FIX,MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT OE SOMETHING AND THEN PLAY ON IT FOR LIKE A DAY,THEN GO BACK TO YOUR MAIN ACCOUNT AND IT SHOULD BE FIXED/
