Huge lag. On low ping.
Huge lag spikes. Everyone is ice skating.
Some constant lag as well. But when its spikes it's worse. Can't even pick up loot.
Just got an update. Hopefully wegota fix

Same Problem for me. Loot bins take a while to spawn the loot and if i pick up the loot it laggs instantly.
While in combat i feel like i have no control because the performance of the Framerate decreases and it laggs every time.
My friend has said it's because of something respawn did internally that has made lag switches easier to use so a bunch of people have been using it he even had someone openly admit he was lag switching terrible respawn EA FIX THIS
I updated my apex legends on ps4 with the latest version and it's still lagging it feels terrible beating by bots I been playing since the game came out n never had this problem for now I'm not playing until it fixed it just frustrated. PLEASE HELP US CAUSE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE.
After season 4 update i've noticed huge FPS Drop, i tried many times to fix it with performance config or lowering resolution - OC - and even 1024x768res but no matter i did nothing changes i still lose Huge frames !
How to fix or what to do because it is unplayable at all..

A crazy thing happened few hours ago.
My random teammate dropped a level 3 light mag for his teammate but he was far away so i tried to pick it up and lag started so i couldn't pick up the item!
Then his teammate comes and picks up the level 3 light mag and then instantly lag stopped. 😱
Coincidence? I don't know. There was no lag the whole game, only this moment. Absolutely unplayable. Every time I get in into combat it just stutters and then I'm dead. The closer you are to the enemy the laggier and more stuttered it is. Lag switches being used or some terrible server coding, either way the game's dead as it stands in Season 4. Damn shame. Like I quoted on the first day of launch - Season 4 Apex Predators = Top 500 Internet connections.

I had a nice 10 kill game and enjoyed the game, maybe it's not lagging anymore. Playing now still lagging.
- @SpyrosFPS Thanks for your reply - Yes, I just came onto the forums because of experiencing this on every game. Internet is high-speed, port forwarding a-ok. Had a day off work and tried playing a bit of ranked. Disappointing. Can't knock Respawn, one of my favourite game developers, but it seems there's either some exploits being used or the net-code for Season 4 has snowballed again.
