I'm afraid we don't have access to your Steam account or details here on EA Forums, so if this is not authorizing or letting you continue the transaction through Steam, it would be best to reach out to them directly through the Steam support page.

On the other hand, if your purchase completes and you're not seeing the coins in-game after 24 hours you can absolutely contact EA support so we can take a look. If you're not even getting to that point however, the first link will be the best way to get this looked into further in this case.
