I’m missing the Wildfire skin and EA isn’t helping!

I’m missing my Wildfire Octane skin and I’ve contacted EA 3 times but they are refusing to give it back! What should I do?

    I'm sorry, but missing content isn't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. If the EA Help team wasn't able to recover the skin I'm afraid it may not be possible. ☹️
