Appeal for Rebinding PSN Account to Original EA Account
Dear Apex Legends Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am a long-time player of Apex Legends and have been enjoying the game since its initial release. I play on PlayStation and have always used my PSN account with the ID anylidand.
This PSN account has long been linked to my EA account [edit: email address removed], which was originally associated due to my previous experience playing other EA games like Battlefield. Since this link was established a long time ago, I did not pay much attention to EA account bindings when I first started playing Apex Legends, and everything worked smoothly over the years. During this time, I have also made several in-game purchases to support the game.
However, today, in preparation for playing Battlefield 6, I logged into my EA account and noticed that it was linked to three different PSN accounts. Out of curiosity, I unlinked all the accounts from the EA account.
To my surprise, when I attempted to play Apex Legends on my PS5 afterwards, the game prompted me to link an EA account. I tried to relink my original EA account ([edit: email address removed]), but it showed an error stating that the account is already linked – even though I had just unlinked it. I then created a new EA account and was able to log into the game, but all my game progress and data were gone.
I am writing to kindly request your assistance in recovering my original game data and helping me rebind my PSN account (anylidand) to my original EA account ([edit: email address removed]). I truly hope that the time and money I’ve invested into the game over the years can be preserved.
